Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Resonis is provided by Michael Batey, trading as Resonis / iElevAIte, based in Kinmel Bay, Wales, United Kingdom. You can reach us at michael@getresonis.com.

2. What Resonis is

Resonis is a tool for coaches and their clients. It gives clients a private space to check in and reflect between sessions, and helps coaches understand what's on a client's mind before their next session together. Resonis listens and reflects — it never gives advice, diagnoses, or replaces the coaching relationship itself.

Resonis is not a crisis service, a medical service, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you or someone you're supporting is in crisis, please call your local emergency number or a crisis line rather than relying on Resonis. You can find free, confidential support wherever you are at findahelpline.com.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Client data and confidentiality

8. Ownership

You own what you write into Resonis. By using it, you give Resonis permission to process what you share (including via our AI provider) solely to provide the service to you and your coach or client.

Resonis — its brand, design, and underlying software — belongs to Michael Batey / iElevAIte.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Resonis is a support tool. It doesn't guarantee any particular coaching outcome, and using it isn't a substitute for professional judgement, whether yours or your coach's.

10. Limitation of liability

Resonis is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence.
