What your clients know, from the start
Coaching runs on trust, so nothing about Resonis is hidden from your clients. Here's what they're told, what they see, and what happens to what they write.
Before they begin
- When a client sets up their account, they're told: "Your coach will be able to read what you share in Resonis."
- The first message from Resonis says the same, and a reminder stays under the chat box.
- They're told Resonis never gives advice, and who to contact if they're ever in crisis.
What stays with you
- Your coach notes are private to you. Clients never see them.
- Flags are never shown to the client. They're for you, to bring into your next session if it feels right.
- Clients only see a look back at their own journey if you choose to turn it on, and it never includes flags.
What happens to what they write
- It's stored in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden), encrypted in transit and at rest.
- It's processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, so Resonis can reply and write your brief. It is not used to train AI.
- It's never sold, and never used for marketing.
- Nobody at Resonis reads conversations. The only exception is fixing a reported technical fault, as our Privacy Policy explains.
A message you can send before inviting a client
It helps to tell clients about Resonis yourself, in your own words, before the invitation arrives. Here's a starting point you can copy and change:
Before we start, I'd like to invite you to Resonis, a private space to jot down what's on your mind between our sessions. It's an AI tool that listens and reflects back, but never gives advice. I'll be able to read what you write, so I can prepare for our sessions. It's kept private and isn't used to train AI.
